- Plain flour – 100g
- Eggs – 2 numbers
- Milk – 300ml
- Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon
- Pinch of salt
- Lemon wedges to serve (optional)
- caster sugar to serve (optional)

TIME TO COOK - EASY PANCAKES RECIPE
Step 1 – Add flour and salt into a large mixing bowl.
Step 2 – Break the eggs into it
Step 3 – Then whisk the mixture using an electric whisk or a balloon whisk until the mixture becomes thick.
Step 4 – Add milk to the batter and whisk further until the batter become smooth
Step 5 – Set a frying pan over medium heat and wipe it with some oiled paper
Step 6 – Cook your pancakes for 1 min on each side until golden color
Step 7 – Slide it out of the pan on to a plate
Continue step 5, step 6, and step 7 again and again.
