Step 1 – Add Green Banana Flour and baking powder to the bowel and mix well
Step 2 – Then add milk, vanilla, eggs and sugar. Mix them further until well combined
Step 3 – Heat a large Frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add a little butter to coat the pan
Step 4 – Spoon in roughly 3-Tbsp amounts of batter and reduce heat to low
Step 5 – Cook for 3-4 minutes, then remove lid and flip carefully. Cook for 3-4 minutes more, until the underside become brown
Cook another two or three pancakes for your family and friends.
